How we work
From a first conversation to a solution that keeps working
You don't need to arrive with a plan. We start from the business need, work out the right solution with you, build it into your systems, and stay responsible for it after launch.
-
Introductory conversation
A conversation about the business, what you'd like to improve and the systems involved. We assess together whether there's a good fit. This isn't a specification session, and if AI isn't the right answer, we'll say so.
What you getA clear answer on whether to continue, and what discovery would cover. -
Discovery and specification
We map the need, the current workflow and the systems involved, check what access is available, and define the scope, the rules of action and the desired outcome.
What you getA written specification: scope, systems, permissions and success criteria. -
Build, integration and rollout
We build the solution, connect it to the agreed systems and test it on realistic scenarios. Then we introduce it to the people who'll use it and adjust based on how it works in practice.
What you getA working solution, tested and in use by your team. -
Maintenance and improvement
We monitor the solution, handle issues, adapt it when your systems change and make improvements, all within the scope agreed in the maintenance plan.
What you getA solution that someone keeps looking after.
Commercial model
A project, then monthly maintenance
There's no fixed price list, because every solution is built around a different need. The price is set once the scope is clear.
Project
Discovery, specification and implementation, priced according to the scope defined in discovery.
Monthly maintenance
Monitoring, troubleshooting, adjustments and improvements within an agreed scope, for a monthly fee.
New solutions or significant new features aren't part of maintenance. We scope and price them separately, so you always know what you're paying for.
Control
You decide what the solution is allowed to do
During discovery we agree on clear rules of action. They can be adjusted later, as you see how the solution works.
- Runs on its ownActions you've agreed are safe to run without a person, such as reading information, updating internal records or creating tasks.
- Needs approvalActions that reach customers or commit the business, such as quotes, prices and dates, wait for a person to approve them.
- Goes to a personCases outside the rules are handed to the right person, with the relevant information already gathered.
